Mr. Lyon has been practicing law for over 38 years in Florida and Ohio. Originally from Ohio, Mr. Lyon was an assistant county prosecuting attorney and in private practice in Dayton, Ohio for nine years before relocating with his family to South Florida in 1989. His broad range of experience in both private practice and as a state prosecutor has given him the opportunity to represent clients with a wide variety of issues and needs.
As a sole practitioner, Mr. Lyon offers the personal attention each client and issue deserves. He is available for special office hours as required and promptly returns phone calls and emails. Mr. Lyon believes continued and open communication with his clients is vital in efficiently handling any case or transaction.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lyon has also been active in his community. He has served on the board of directors and as president of both civic and religious organizations, actively participates in the Ohio State Alumni Association of Broward County, and has been a coach in his children's sports leagues.
